My order showed up way later than expected, and I barely got any real updates while waiting!!! It was annoying, especially since it was just a simple plate!!!

The plate showed up okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the box was beat up and the tape didn’t seem very strong. You just kind of expect better packing when you’re paying that price. Luckily nothing was broken...

I was hoping to see more of a difference, but honestly... I barely lost anything...

Not gonna lie, rho-plate.com has some decent program choices, and the speed options are actually really handy. I liked that I could pick what fit what I needed, but a few parts were a little confusing at first. Overall, it works fine, just not as smooth as I hoped. I’d give it 3 stars.

I gave this a try for a couple of weeks because I was hoping it would help my circulation feel a bit better, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe I expected too much or my body just didn’t respond to it the way others do. I can’t say it’s a bad product, but for me personally, it just didn’t do what I was hoping for.

The moment I took it out of the box, it just had that flimsy feel, so I kind of assumed it wasn’t going to last long. Unfortunately, I was right — it broke way faster than I expected. Definitely feels like corners were cut on the build quality.

I ordered from Rho Plate mainly because I wanted my keyboard to be less noisy, and it made a bigger difference than I expected. The sound is much softer and more muted now, without making the typing feel strange or mushy.
Setup was easy too, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I didn’t think it would change the sound that much, but it’s definitely noticeable. Really happy with it.

I’ve used it a handful of times now, and it’s been impressively stable every time. Even when I’m putting a bit of weight on it or moving around, it stays solid with no wobbling at all. The base feels well-balanced, which I really appreciate.

I got this hoping it would make a difference with my back and shoulder pain. The shipping was fine, and the plate itself looked okay when it arrived, so no complaints there.

I used it for a few weeks, but i didn’t notice much improvement. Some days I wondered if there was a tiny bit of relief, but it was never enough for me to feel like it was really working.

Anyway... for the price, I was expecting more. Maybe it helps other people, but for me it just didn’t do much.

From what I remember, I barely had to look at the instructions since the buttons were easy enough to figure out. It does lag for a second here and there, but it hasn’t bothered me much. I’m happy with it overall, even if it’s not totally perfect

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I can definitely feel my legs getting tighter, especially after shorter sessions. It’s not some ridiculous miracle machine or anything, but I do feel like I’m starting to get some tone back. Setup was easy too, which was nice.

It was just simple and straightforward. No extra steps, no confusion, no fuss, it works the way you’d expect it to, which is really all you need

It’s cheap enough and does what it’s supposed to do. I don’t really got any complaints, works fine for me.

I’ll say this first: rho-plate wasn’t a total miss for me. I used it for a few weeks, and there were definitely a couple of days where I felt like it helped a little, so I can see why some people might like it.

That said, the results were inconsistent for me. Some days I noticed a small improvement, and other days it felt like nothing was happening at all, so overall it landed in the “just okay” category. It’s not a bad product, and maybe it works better for others, but based on my experience I’d give it 3 stars

I returned my order and had to follow up more than once before they finally processed my refund. I did get the money back in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. It kind of gave me the feeling they’re quick to take your money but not in any hurry to give it back.
